The full range of Prestige

Found a great deal on eBay or spotted a rare lefty guitar in the wilds?

The full range of Prestige

Postby Neal » Tue Jun 26, 2012 5:39 pm

All of the Prestige guitars I added to the site this week are available from a Canadian dealer on eBay, and he offers worldwide shipping.

Here's the hollow http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dl ... 848wt_1396

You can find the rest in their store.

I really like the Hollow a lot, so I asked about shipping out of curiosity. 48 hour UPS to the UK is $160 fully insured. He told me he marks the declared value of the guitars at $200 so there will be next to no import tax to pay. So roughly $1200 all in. Less for the solid body models.

Great deal for anyone who liked these guitars. And I know there are a lot since I got a TON of comments :)

If anyone in the UK buys one of these you could probably sell it to me if you don't like it. Providing the doc can fix my hand :P

So either that or the ESP/LTD EC-1000 with EMG actives. Hmmmm!!!

Or a Gaskell, Rockit, Hybrid or Classic 8-)

Or a bargain Hamer XT Standard for $395

Oh dear so many choices, which one :?: :ugeek:

One of the guys on the Facebook page got one last week. He says "My new baby! Seriously, other than being "over the top" blinged out, this is the nicest playing/sounding guitar I have ever owned."

He has some nice guitars too. Hard to find a review though, apart from Jon Way's YouTube video and one from GuitarWorld.

Yeh I think for $700-800 in the USA you would not go wrong, but the extra $190 for postage is the killer on the deal for me, turns a $800 guitar into a $1000 guitar, never come close to getting my money back if I sold it.
If I put it on Ebay a month later I would be lucky to get $500 for an unknown brand.
Sucks but that's the truth.

I've just realised that I'm going to Whistler in December and this means my flight goes into Vancouver!

I might have to do some planning and see if I can go play with one of these!
