Well, he lived to be 88, had money in the bank, and lots of fun almost to the end. I've read the last few weeks were difficult for him, and his son said he's in a better place now.

All in all, a pretty good run. We should all be so lucky. I think he'd rather we celebrate him than feel sad. Let's crank 'em up to 11 for a minute's hum.

That is spot on mcarp, Jim had an incredible life & managed to do things others can only dream of, his legend will live on forever.
I bet the two Jim's will be Rockin' Out right now.
